We are clear about our services provided to the tenants so you can plan your journey with us from selecting a property, to moving in your perfect home.
If any request for the variation or an amendment of the contract is received, the request is processed with permission from the landlord and the tenant is liable to pay a fee of £50 including vat per variation, an amendment of tenant replacement.
Should the tenant wish to terminate the contract earlier than its expiry date, the tenant will be liable for the costs incurred by the landlord in order to let the property again as well as the rent due under the current tenancy agreement until the start of the new tenancy. The total cost will not exceed by the total amount of rent due under existing tenancy.
The reference letters are provided for £20 including vat.
Tenants are expected to pay the rent on or before the due date. Should the tenants fall in arrears, we provide the tenants two weeks time to clear the arrears before and interest of 3% above the Bank of England base rate is charged.
A fix penalty of £30 including vat per late payment is charged, should the rent be paid after 7 days of the due date.
Tenants will charged the actual cost of replacing the lock, keys or security devices.
