Landlord Services

We offer comprehensive landlord services with fair prices to built the vital trust needed for long term business relationship.

Tenant Introduction

  • Rental Valuation of the property
  • Keeping you up to date with current market conditions and compliance with regulations
  • Erect a board outside the property
  • Advertise the property on relevant portals
  • Conduct viewings
  • Prepare the tenancy agreement and get it signed by the tenants
  • Collect first month rent from the tenant
  • Remittance of the first month rent
  • Deduction of any fees and relevant invoices

4 weeks rent plus vat

(eg. if your weekly rent is £300, vat would be £60, and total fee would be £1440 incl vat)

Letting and Rent Collection

  • Collect and remit the rent
  • Generate remittance statement
  • Generate landlord statements
  • Apply arrears procedure should the rent not be received
  • Contact the landlord and tenant at the end of agreement to discuss renewal of agreement
  • Arrange for the check out report at the end of tenancy
  • Advise on current market conditions

Full Management

In addition to other two services, following is included in full management:

  • Dealing with repairs and instruct approved contractors
  • Negotiate and approve contractor invoices
  • Provide emergency repair contact number to the tenants
  • Register tenants on our customer portal for easy 24/7 access to reporting
  • Resolve any tenancy related issues.
  • Arrange regular visits to the properties for compliance checks and property condition
  • Preparation of inventory report at the start of the tenancy
